Monthly Unit Games Schedule
Monthly Unit Game Schedule for 2011: all games at the Vancouver Bridge Centre--beginning with the March 5 game, starting times for regular MUG games are now 7:00pm.
ALERT: The start time for the June 4 MUG team game has been moved back to 1:00 pm to avoid conflict with Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals, which begins at 5pm.

Game dates in 2011 are mostly the first Saturday of the month, with three logical exceptions:
- January 8, because nobody wants a Monthly Unit Game on the 1st (and the VBC will run their New Year's Marathon)
- April 16, to avoid conflict with the District Final of the Grand National Teams, held two weekends before at the VBC, and the Victoria Regional, April 4-10. (This one also affects the Mentor-Mentee Game in the afternoon before the Monthly Unit Game.)
- December 10, the week following the last weekend of the Fall NABC in Seattle WA
There are no confusing "monthly" games that actually take place in the preceding month. January's game is always an "amnesty game;" all pay the $1 off price. The entry fee for the 2011 Monthly Unit Games has gone up a dollar to $9 (still $10 if you did not play the previous one). February, June, and October are Swiss Team games. The Ev Hodge Charity Classic game on February 19 will be the annual Unit Party game, with a pre-game pot luck dinner and pre-sold tickets.
